Thanks to the generous support of our donors, the Kiwanis of Lake Kiowa have been able to provide support for the faculty and kids of Callisburg in so many ways! ​​​

A $70,000 outdoor pavilion at the High School campus so kids can have a safe place to gather, study and have outdoor classes and activities

Recent Projects

High School Outdoor Pavillion
The Kiwanis of Lake Kiowa coordinated and funded an outdoor pavillion at the Callisburg High School so that kids have a safe place to study, connect and even have outdoor classes.

Christmas Gifts for Kids in Need
This year, the Kiwanis of Lake Kiowa provided gifts for 35 Callisburg kids so that they will have a Christmas to look forward to.

UIL Competition Shirts
The Kiwanis provided new UIL Polo shirts so that the students will look and feel professional during the competition.

The Kiwanis provided funds for the following:

30 Apple I-Pads with ruggedized cases for dual credit students to gain college credits while still in High School

Telehealth funds for copays for kids that need medical attention to help improve attendance levels

Suicide prevention bracelets for suicide awareness month

Pollinator Gardens
Kiwanis constructed a pollinator garden at the Elementary school for kids to learn about the importance of pollination, bees, and butterflies to our environment.

Aluminum Can Collection
Kiwanis collects aluminum cans to cover our administrative fees. Look for the collection bins by the fire station, the pavilion, at the club house and on the nineth hole by the restroom facility.
